How to hire Kim.
Kim is based in St. Louis, MO in the U.S. where he has resided for the past 35 years.
He is married with two grown daughters, and travels worldwide having given presentations
in Australia and Malaysia and the U.K. He considers his Rally drivers his clients,
and tracks his successes with them as any coach would track their business successes.
He has worked with huge organizations such as Caterpillar and AT&T, and small organizations
including family owned businesses and entrepreneurs. He prefers to work with individuals
or small teams who respect the business value of reducing struggle, resolving crisis,
improving relationships and relieving stress.
He produces a teleconferences for the purpose of understanding and working with
the 4 Ego State Model to develop trust understanding and camaraderie.
He coaches his clients in person or telephonically depending on their specific goals
and needs.
He constructs situation specific keynotes with or without breakout sessions, workshops,
and intensive focus sessions from half day to 3 days in length.
Three times annually he takes 8-10 executive clients to the Team O'Neil Rally School in New Hampshire for driver AND clarity training.
